Sites related to textile science & Technology?
Can anybody recommend websites with good infor on textile technology. Specially on the four main areas: Spinning, Weaving, Dyeing and Finishing. I’m looking for sites with free articles on a pdf format.
You will find little that is free. Check out the textile links at the first reference. A google book search has over 2000 full view references. Don’t worry if they are old, many textile processes have not changed (second reference).
Also check out the other links for info on books and CDs available. This includes some electronic and handi-book options for textile information. I think these work better than paper copies (which really don’t exist) and in the long run, you learn more and other people can use them. They are cheap compared to books.
